Do you accept returns or exchanges?

  • Yes! You may return or exchange items from your order within 30 days from the date of delivery. The shoes must be unworn and in brand-new condition, in their original shoe box. We offer complimentary return shipping on all U.S. orders. You may find further instructions below.

How do I return an item?

  • Visit our Returns Center.
  • Enter your order number and email address.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return or exchange from your order.
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with a return shipping label. 
  • Please note if you choose to exchange an item and there is a price difference, we will contact you for billing information to either refund or charge the difference.

    The item I received is damaged, what do I do?

    • If your shoes arrived damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date with photos and details of the damage. You can reach out through our Returns Center or send us an email at

    Can I do an exchange?

    • Yes! Visit our Returns Center. Enter your order number and email address, then follow the instructions. 
    • You will need to know the style, color and size you would like to receive in exchange.
    • Once your exchange request is approved, we will send you a shipping label to send back the pair you wish to return. 
    • The replacement pair will be shipped to you as soon as we receive the returned pair. You will receive a new shipping confirmation email to track the new pair on its way to you.

    How do I ship back my return/exchange items?

    • Complete a return or exchange request in our Returns Center, and once it’s approved, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label via email. 
    • If you no longer have the packaging your items were shipped in, we kindly ask that you properly secure the items in a new shipping carton so they return safe and sound.

    How will I receive a refund?

    • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
    • Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. 
    • Refunds are generally issued through the bank within 5-7 business days.
