Our sizing can vary from style to style. Please reference the 'Size Guide' note on each product's page. If you’re still a little unsure, don’t hesitate to ask! Californians fit standard width. For wider feet, we advise that our customers size up to the nearest whole size. Narrower widths should size down to the nearest whole size. We are happy to offer insights to help you determine your best fit! Please send us a note at hello@californiansfootwear.com.

We offer complimentary UPS ground shipping on all orders shipping within the US. Ground Shipping via UPS takes between 3-7 business days depending on your location. We also offer UPS 2-Day Shipping for varying costs depending on the size of your order and your location.

If you selected a pair that is currently in-stock, your shoes will leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days. If you selected a special order pair, our artisans will begin creating your shoes when your order is placed and you can expect your finished order to ship within 10 business days.

Yes! We ship internationally via DHL International, which takes between 5-13 business days. Your shipping rate will be automatically calculated at checkout depending on the size of your order and your exact location.

Yes! We accept returns on all in-stock and special-order products so long as they are returned in new, unused condition within 15 days of receipt. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Most Californians shoes are crafted with our custom 6mm leather-wrapped foam insoles which offer our customers maximum comfort. If the style utilizes this feature, you will see 'Californians Comfort' 6mm foam’ listed under the product details.

“Special Order” means that we do not currently carry that specific style/size combination in-stock. However, that pair can be made expressly for you in our Los Angeles factory! When you order a special order pair, you can expect to receive your shoes within 10-15 business days.
