What are your payment terms?

• All new accounts will start with credit card. We will charge your card prior to shipping your order.

How will my order be shipped?

• All orders will be shipped directly from our factory in Los Angeles, CA using UPS Ground. We are happy to send shipments faster, by request. Shipping will be charged on customer’s UPS account number, or if not provided, the shipping cost will be added to your invoice total.

What is your minimum order quantity?

• We ask that you place a minimum order of two case packs, can be two different styles. To see our case pack details, please click here. 

Do you have case packs?

• Yes, we have multiple different case pack options to choose from depending on the style. Please review them here. We kindly ask that you do not change the sizing / quantities in our case packs.

What sizes do your shoes come in?

• All Californians footwear styles come in US whole sizes 5-10, some styles are available up to size 12.

What is your turnaround time for an at-once order?

• Orders generally take about 3-6 weeks to produce, but may vary based on material availability and influx of orders in our boutique factory in Los Angeles, CA.

Do you carry stock?

• We do not generally carry stock of our styles, as each order is made-to-order. However, we will occasionally have an at-once list, please contact us if you’re interested.

What are “Californians Comfort” insoles?

• We make our own insoles in-house, in our boutique factory in Los Angeles, CA. What makes our insoles so unique, is the amount of foam we offer. Most brands have 1-2mm of foam in their insoles (if any at all), while ours have 6mm of foam! This allows our consumers to wear fun and flirty styles with lots of height, without the pain. Our footwear is like walking on clouds! We have seen an impressive sell-through rate as soon as we can get customers to try a pair on, because they are like nothing else! 

What does ‘Mindfully Made in USA’ mean?

• Our self-owned and operated boutique footwear factory Clover & Cobbler is located in Los Angeles, CA. Californians shoes are handcrafted by our skilled artisans who have been shoemaking for generations. At Clover & Cobbler we make it a point to infuse sustainable, earth-friendly and ethical practices in everything we do! From water-based glues, to recycling scraps, to eco-conscious packaging, we are proud to do our part as a brand and manufacturer. We are passionate about what we do, and it shows in our beautiful footwear. Under normal circumstances, we offer tours of our factory and the opportunity to meet our shoemakers, however we have paused this due to the current pandemic. If you’re interested in the future, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

What will come with each pair of shoes?

• Each pair of our shoes is neatly packed in a Californians branded earth-friendly box with tissue paper and cushion to travel safely. Also included in the box, you’ll find two inserts that tell the story of our brand, share some pictures of our factory in Los Angeles, CA, and provide some details and care instructions for our beautiful shoes and the unique materials they’re made in.

Tell me more about your eco-friendly packaging.

• Our shoe boxes are made from 100% recycled cardboard, helping to reduce waste in our landfills. Additionally, they are printed with water-based inks, making them 100% recyclable after use! Lastly, our boxes are made right here in Los Angeles, CA, limiting transportation fuels and our carbon footprint.

Do you have a point-of-purchase display we can put in our store?

• We would love to support your in-store purchases! We have a beautiful branded tabletop POP display to sit alongside our footwear. Ask our team for more info.
